RESEARCH INTERESTS
My research focuses on CuInxGa1-xSe2 nanocrystal chemistry and photovoltaic devices. This involves understanding the defects present in CuInxGa1-xSe2 nanocrystals and developing methods to control the surface chemistry. I have also modeled nanocrystal photovoltaics to understand how these properties influence solar cell performance. Throughout my Ph.D. my projects have been funded through NSF's Industry/University Center for Next Generation Photovoltaics, which ensures my work will have relevant industry impact.
