9.12.2008 - Dr. Brian Korgel received the Roy-Somiya Medal of the International Solvothermal and Hydrothermal Association. It is named after the two patrons of this society. This is the first award from ISHA given to a Young Scientist in the age group below 45 years. The Roy-Somiya Medal was presented to Brian along with a citation at the ISHA-2008 Conference held in Nottingham, UK during Sept. 08-10, 2008. [read Dr. Korgel's award address in the ISHA Newsletter]
